Moving Your Admissions Process Online During COVID-19
2:00 PM - 3:00 PM (ET)
Webinar Details & Objectives
Enrollment management is critical for all universities. The current pandemic requires a move towards cloud-based processes in admissions to ensure business continuity, uninterrupted workflows of application, recommendation letter processing, as well as transcript reviews while maintaining a remote work environment. Increased communications are also essential to ensure a stronger applicant yield. Cloud-based application services can help boost enrollment by increasing schools’ visibility and exposure among broader and more diverse applicant pools. Additionally, support for students and schools as they navigate the admissions pathway, is more important than ever. Admissions and enrollment efforts that prioritize efficiency as well as more sophisticated interaction with applicants can help institutions weather the coronavirus crisis.
AACN’s official Nursing Centralized Application Service (NursingCAS) provides an online student application and free cloud-based admissions software to all member schools to meet admissions challenges faced by colleges. Additionally, NursingCAS provides a robust automated communication tool and the ability for AACN to advertise member school updates to its pool of 53,000 applicants. This webinar is designed for both current NursingCAS users and prospective users.
Objectives
- Understanding the need for cloud-based admissions processes
- Learn features of AACN’s Nursing Centralized Application Service (NursingCAS)
- Discuss strategies to increase recruitment efforts
