Data Services Coordinator

The American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN) seeks a Data Services Coordinator to provide support to the Institutional Research and Data Services Department.

Primary responsibilities include assisting the Director of Institutional Research and Data Services with the execution and analysis of national surveys on academic nursing, including survey preparation, data collection and cleaning, and data analysis; assisting with testing of online survey sites, data downloads, creation and editing of reports and data visualization; managing customized data reports; and helping the Director to train Data Assistant. In addition, provides back up support for in-house IT services, including the Association Management Software.

Baccalaureate degree is required and master’s degree is preferred. Qualified applicants need to have at least 2-3 years of experience in data analysis and management; nonprofit background is preferred. Candidate must have experience in data analytics, database management, PowerPoint, Excel, SPSS, and Python syntax. Exceptional organizational and attention to detail required, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.
