At Research College of Nursing the President serves as the College’s chief executive and administrative officer and provides vision and leadership that enhances the College’s tradition of excellence in teaching, service, and scholarship. The President reports directly to the Governing Board of the College, and also has a reporting relationship with the CEO of Research Medical Center. In this role you will provide leadership to all constituents of the College. You will work directly with the board on strategic planning. You will partner with the CFO to develop and manage the budget for the school. you will serve as the chief spokesperson for the College, effectively articulating and communicating our vision and mission throughout the community.
Qualifications:
Doctorate Degree and 10+ years of progressive academic experience in program administration and teaching in institutions of higher education.
Research College of Nursing is a private, non-sectarian, fully accredited institution of higher learning. We are located in the greater Kansas City metropolitan area. We offer a Bachelor of Science (B.S.N.) and a Master of Science in Nursing (M.S.N.) with three graduate tracks, an RN-MSN entry point option, and three post-Masters certificate choices. Our 13:1 student-faculty ratio nurtures rich campus discussions and wide opportunities for student scholarship and development. Over 400 students are enrolled at the Research College of Nursing.
