WesternU is seeking an experienced nurse leader to serve as Site Dean for its College of Graduate Nursing in Oregon. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of graduate nursing education while advancing innovative, humanistic care models.
As Site Dean, you will lead academic programs, support faculty excellence, and ensure high-quality student outcomes across the Oregon campus. You will collaborate closely with college leadership to align academic programming with evolving healthcare needs.
What You'll Do:- Lead program delivery and ensure alignment with accreditation and professional standards
- Support and mentor faculty in teaching, scholarship, and leadership development
- Drive student success and continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Partner with healthcare organizations and academic stakeholders
- Contribute to strategic growth and innovation in graduate nursing education
What You Bring: - DNP or PhD in Nursing and active RN licensure
- 5+ years in academic leadership within graduate nursing education
- Experience collaborating with healthcare and academic leaders
- Commitment to advancing nursing leadership and education
