Whether you are new to an organization or whether you have had a team that has been operational for a period of time, who is represented at the table is critical. New roles are emerging in the changing landscape of both academia and health care and an increased expertise and familiarity with entrepreneurial models is being embraced. Dr. Mundt, having served in three successful deanships, offers insights on building the team to achieve the vision.
