Horizontal Leadership

• Understand current leadership theories.
• Characterize leadership styles within a healthcare organizational context.
• Link CNL leadership competencies to theoretical concepts for effective practice.

Interdisciplinary Communication and Collaboration (ICC)

• Describe the multidisciplinary actions to promote ICC education and training.
• Understand the link between ICC, microsystems, and change.
• Link CNL ICC competencies to ICC/Change theories.
