Webinar Overview

The future of healthcare is largely dependent upon developing high quality practitioners and this requires high quality preceptors for their clinical training. Faculty can educate and support preceptors in order to improve their clinical teaching skills. During the Webinar, the speaker will explore the One Minute Preceptor and the SNAPPS (Summarize - Narrow - Analyze - Probe - Plan - Select) clinical teaching models. These evidence-based clinical teaching models can be used to improve clinical teaching by the preceptor and enhance learning for the student.

NOTE: This Webinar is only open to deans, faculty, staff and students from AACN member schools of nursing
