The Penn State Ross and Carol Nese College of Nursing was recently named a National Academy of Medicine's Change Maker Accelerator. This presentation will discuss the NAM Collaborative on Clinician Well-Being and Resilience and discuss how we are implementing priority areas for health workforce well-being with emphasis on nursing students, faculty, staff, and community.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Explore the NAM Change Maker Accelerator program’s purpose and elements. 
  • Describe examples of well-being initiatives in an academic setting to demonstrate NAM priority areas.  
  • Apply Nursing Code of Ethics to build a culture of wellness.
