Seeds, Seasons, and Stories: Mentors, Moments, and Meaning
Webinar Details
This storytelling-based session invites nurses to wander through the “garden” of their professional journey, exploring the seeds planted by mentors, the seasons of challenge and growth, and the meaningful moments that shaped who they are becoming. Through shared stories, participants discover how small interactions can take root and flourish into confidence, clarity, and purpose while highlighting lessons learned, strategies that nurture development, and the very human process of growing into new roles. Attendees leave with a renewed appreciation for those who have helped cultivate their path, an eagerness to seek new mentoring moments, and a clearer sense of how to tend their own growth with curiosity, resilience, and intention.
Learning Outcomes
- Participants will be able to identify at least two lessons from shared stories that illustrate how early mentoring interactions can plant the seeds for long-term professional development.
- Participants will be able to analyze a narrative of professional growth and describe two strategies they can use to navigate their own seasons of transition with confidence and clarity.
Note: Recording of the webinar will be available soon after the webinar airs. Visit AACN's On-Demand Webinars to watch.
