This session supports professional identity formation and self-awareness as core components of graduate nursing competency. Graduate nursing students will examine their strengths, values, and professional contributions, and practice articulating their role and impact within healthcare settings and the nursing profession. Emphasis is placed on reflective practice, professional communication, and intentional role alignment.

Learning Outcomes

  1. Demonstrate self-awareness by identifying personal strengths, values, and professional contributions relevant to graduate nursing practice.
  2. Apply professional identity concepts to clearly communicate one’s role, value, and impact in nursing practice and professional settings.
