Carolyn Humphrey, Ph.D, Founder and President, The Consulting Psychology Group

Dr. Humphrey is Founder and President of The Consulting Psychology Group, an organization dedicated to providing leadership development on individual, group and organizational levels. With more than a decade of demonstrated experience, she has assisted a broad range of clients in the education, healthcare & financial arenas. Combining her background in counseling psychology and organizational development, her areas of expertise include leadership; executive coaching; and, the design, facilitation and evaluation of leadership development programs. Through assessment, coaching, facilitation, team development and process improvement Dr. Humphrey partners with clients to create actionable plans that leverage strengths and address challenges across the organization. This strategy includes the identification of core competencies needed for success; role and values clarification and examining key individual impacts on groups. Dr. Humphrey’s expertise in designing leadership development programs focuses on research-based approaches to building self-awareness and developing skill sets that can be transferred beyond the training room and integrated into daily practice.
Kathy Pearson, PhD, Founder and President, Enterprise Learning Solutions

Dr. Pearson is Founder and President of Enterprise Learning Solutions, a firm focused on executive development and learning across industries. She is a Senior Fellow at the Leonard Davis Institute of Health Economics at the University of Pennsylvania and has also served as an adjunct associate professor in the Operations and Information Management Department at The Wharton School. Dr. Pearson have taught operations management courses in the MBA program and Executive Master’s of Technology Management programs as well as Probability and Statistics, Simulation Modeling, and other courses for the department and the University of Pennsylvania. An award-winning educator, Dr. Pearson is heavily involved in Executive Education at The Wharton School, Duke CE, and the Institute for Management Studies, teaching on a variety of topics such as Complex Decision Making, Strategic Agility, The Enterprise Mindset, Stakeholder Management, Operational Excellence, and Strategic Execution. As Academic Director for many programs, she is responsible for the design, curriculum, and overall quality of the program.
