CCL Higher Education Portfolio Leader
Dr. Todd Deal serves as the Portfolio Leader and Faculty for the Higher Education sector of CCL’s Societal Advancement team. In this role his focus is on partnering with institutions across the broad landscape of higher education to provide leadership education and leader development. Todd and his team work across the spectrum of North American higher education from co-creating leadership programs for college students to facilitating leadership development initiatives for faculty, staff, and executives at the college, university, and system-level.

CCL Senior Faculty
Joan Gurvis currently works with clients to deliver leadership solutions at the organizational level with an emphasis on leadership strategy, culture, and organizational transformation. She also builds capability within CCL to advance the Center’s organizational leadership practice and facilitates programs focused on the C-suite. Joan was a program designer and lead faculty for the Robert Wood Johnson Executive Nurse Fellow’s program and facilitates Leadership at the Peak. Drawing upon her real-world leadership experiences, Joan’s broad industry-sector expertise brings a practical strength to the wide variety of clients she works with at CCL. Joan easily combines her design and delivery expertise with her coaching skillset to deliver high-impact client solutions. She is a certified executive coach and has coached all levels of leaders, including senior executive and action-learning teams.

Director of Academic Nursing Development
American Association of Colleges of Nursing
Dr. Rosalie O’Dell Mainous, is the Director of Academic Nursing Development for the American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN). Previous to joining AACN in February of 2017, she was Dean and Professor of the Miami Valley College of Nursing and Health at Wright State University in Dayton, OH. She is responsible for the development and implementation of the new leadership portfolio, AACN LEADS, which includes Advancing Academic Leadership for New Deans program
This webinar is free to deans, faculty, staff and students from AACN member schools of nursing . This is a member’s only webinar and non-members will not be able to register.
