Business Officers of Nursing Schools (BONUS) is dedicated to facilitating networking among those who work in the administration of nursing education and to providing education in areas of business, technology, and financial and administrative management of nursing schools. Assistants to the dean, fiscal managers, business officers and any personnel involved in the operational management of a school of nursing will benefit from attending this conference.

  • The room rate is $219 single/double.
  • The cutoff date for reservations at the group rate is April 2, 2019.
  • For reservations, call the hotel at 1-800-468-3571 and request the group rate for AACN/BONUS. You may also place your reservation online.
  • The room block may fill before the deadline, so please make your reservation early.
    If/when the room block fills, AACN will post a list of alternative hotel on its website.

The Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) is located is located approximately 15 miles from the hotel. Taxi fare is approximately $45 each way. New members and first-time participants are encouraged to attend this important information session on the benefits of the AACN BONUS Leadership Network and Annual Meeting. Topics include the history of BONUS, how to get the most out of the BONUS meeting, tips to maximize networking opportunities, how to get involved on BONUS committees, and how to participate in online discussions.

Substitution, Cancellation, and Refund Policies

If you subsequently cannot attend this event, the following options are available:

1. You may substitute your registration to another individual within your organization. This must be done by contacting the AACN Conference Department via email at conferences@aacnnursing.org.

2. If a substitution is not possible, your cancellation request must be received in writing and confirmed by AACN; otherwise, it cannot be honored. The following refund arrangements will then apply:

  • Cancellation requests received by April 10, 2019 will be refunded minus a $150 non-refundable administrative fee.
  • Cancellation requests received after April 10, 2019 will not be granted any refunds.
  • Refunds will not be given for no-shows.
  • No-show registrations with an open balance will be charged a $150 non-refundable administrative fee after the event.

Please note: Cancellations received fewer than 7 days prior to the conference start date will be reviewed and processed within two weeks after the last day of the conference.

AACN reserves the right to cancel this conference and any group activity that does not meet minimal group requirements. AACN assumes no responsibility for non-refundable airline tickets, hotel reservations, car rental, or other travel costs.
