This Webinar will describe the process of developing academic-practice partnerships with the goal of shared responsibility and accountability for preparing new graduates for non-traditional practice settings. Partnerships were formed as an approach to provide new graduates with the knowledge, attitudes, and skills for practice in ambulatory care and home health settings and facilitate agency acceptance of new nurses as attractive hires.
