Dr. McLeod is currently the Dean of the College of Nursing at United States University. She has 40 years of experience as a nurse practitioner, educator, and administrator. Dr. McLeod is a nationally and internationally recognized expert in the area of wireless technology, telehealth and developing innovative online nursing programs and DNP curriculum. She has been working with faculty that live at a distance for over 10 years. During this time she has developed innovative distance faculty workload models and techniques for working with mixed distance and local faculty teams.
