This webinar will present findings from two small evaluation grant projects and how they have demonstrated not only impacts on student learning outcomes, but also the clinical agency and their clients. The grants have also sustained or strengthened partnerships and leveraged additional resources to extend these types of experiences and practices. These grants are part of an existing academic-practice partnership that involves an academic partner together with a public/population-health focused community partner or local health department. To date, AACN has awarded twelve small grants to undergraduate nursing programs in partnership with community/public health agencies, to assess the outcomes of clinical/practice experiences.

NOTE:This webinar is open to everyone including non-members, communities of interest, practice representatives, and AACN member schools including deans, faculty, staff and students
