Webinar Description

Successful academic-practice partnerships are designed for sustainability. Advancing from the initial steps of engagement to the high-level integration called for in the New Era of Academic Nursing report requires a strategic plan and a high level of commitment among all partners. In this webinar, two interprofessional centers, one in Canada and one in the U.S., share insights, processes and strategies for building and sustaining strong partnerships between education and practice.
This webinar is the third in a series, presented to highlight outstanding examples of interprofessional engagement happening across the nation in response to the recommendations contained in the Advancing Healthcare Transformation: A New Era for Academic Nursing report. If you are interested in viewing the first two webinars in this series, please navigate to the A New Era for Academic Nursing: From Concept to Action webinar page.
