The Interprofessional Education Collaborative (IPEC) is proud to announce the next event in our 2019 IPEC Webinar Series aimed at highlighting trends and activities in interprofessional education (IPE) and practice.

Faculty seeking proven approaches for enhancing interprofessional learning among health professions students in preparing them for collaborative practice can hear from two exemplars’ curricular and collaborative student learning experiences for potential application or adaptation in their own academic settings. Speakers will describe their efforts to engage health professions students in preparing them to move the needle on population health outcomes. Participants will gain from the speakers’ lessons learned in program development and implementation and student learning assessment.

Objectives:

  • Describe curricular and collaborative learning experiences that engage various students in education for population health improvement.
  • List lessons learned in developing, implementing, and assessing IPE.

Pricing and CE Credit

This webinar is free and open to everyone including non-members, communities of interest, practice representatives, and AACN member schools including deans, faculty, staff, and students.
Continuing Education Credits

Eligible attendees may receive one Certified in Public Health (CPH) continuing education credit or one continuing nursing education (CNE) contact hour for participating in this webinar. The American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN) is an accredited CNE-provider by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. The Association of Schools and Programs of Public Health (ASPPH) works with the Council on Education for Public Health (CEPH) to provide CPH credits.
