Understanding the value of certification for your professional growth and the impact it has on your patients is important to your future practice. Certified nurses demonstrate their commitment to patient safety and excellence by studying for and taking a certification exam. The American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN) provides specialty CCRN and PCCN certifications, as well as APRN certifications, which are accepted by all 50 state Boards of Nursing. AACN Certification Corporation provides APRN certification for adult gerontology acute care nurse practitioner, adult gerontology clinical nurse specialist, pediatric clinical nurse specialist, and neonatal clinical nurse specialist. Join us to learn about the AACN Certification Corporation process and how to prepare for and take exams for APRNs and specialty certification.

This webinar is free to deans, faculty, staff and students from AACN member schools of nursing. All non-member audiences will be required to pay a $59 webinar fee. 
Continuing Education Credits:

Eligible attendees may receive one continuing nursing education (CNE) contact hour for participating in this webinar. The American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN) is an accredited CNE-provider by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
