1:00 PM - 2:00 PM (ET)
Webinar Overview
Recent reports of the adequacy and future supply of the NP workforce have relied on aggregate data incorporating all NP specialties and the care of all age groups. However, when examined in detail, there are marked differences in both the supply and the pipelines across specialties. Specifically, the increases seen in the pipeline for NPs overall has not occurred for pediatric or neonatal nurse practitioners despite an increase in market demand for those professionals.
