With expertise in digital marketing, AI-driven content strategy, and brand development, she oversees campaigns, public relations, and multimedia storytelling to effectively communicate the school's mission and impact.
Tricia holds an MBA from the Knauss School of Business at USD and has a diverse background in healthcare management, brand strategy, and digital media production. Since joining the Hahn School of Nursing in 2020, she has leveraged business insights, emerging technologies, and AI tools to advance marketing efforts and strengthen connections with students, alumni, and the broader nursing community.

Jennifer Lollar is the Executive Director of Strategic Marketing and Communications for the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) School of Nursing. She has been with UAB since 2001, starting in University Relations doing Media Relations first for the University side of campus and then from 2005 to 2013 for the health schools and medical center. She moved to the School of Nursing in 2013 and now leads an eight-member marketing and communications team that is responsible for all communications and marketing functions for the School of Nursing (except for media relations). Prior to joining UAB she was a general assignment and business reporter for newspapers in the Birmingham area.
