AACN Leadership Network Spotlight
If enhancing your capacity to lead is one of your goals this year, we invite you to explore AACN's Leadership Networks. With eight different networks to choose from, academic nursing professionals of all areas are represented. This month, we're spotlighting AACN's new Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Network (DEILN) and the Organizational Leadership Network (OLN).
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Leadership Network (DEILN)

The DEILN was created to strengthen the ability of nursing school faculty and staff to lead across differences. Launched in July 2021, network members explore innovative approaches to enhancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in academic nursing and the nursing workforce. Learn more about the DEILN here.
Organizational Leadership Network (OLN)

The OLN is comprised of nursing academic leaders with broad administrative responsibilities. The OLN fosters professional growth and development, information sharing, communication, and discussion of key issues. The next OLN Conference will be held October 29-30, 2021 in Washington, DC as a pre-event to the Academic Nursing Leadership Conference! Learn more about the OLN here.
Leadership Network enrollment is ongoing and available at any time during the membership period from July 1 - June 30.
