Application Deadline: March 15
If you’re an aspiring dean or senior faculty member in a leadership role, the Elevating Leaders in Academic Nursing (ELAN) Program is perfect for you. This year-long fellowship provides participants with a focused assessment experience, a variety of content and exercises related to successful executive leadership, and the opportunity to establish a strong peer network that fosters long-term partnership and collegial support.
AACN's Leadership Education Modules are an on-demand series designed exclusively for aspiring leaders that will enrich your understanding of key principles and practices needed for leaders to succeed in the academic arena. Designed to stimulate fresh thinking and provide solutions to some of your most pressing challenges, the content of the series will help amplify your effectiveness and navigate real-world issues facing academic nursing. Visit the AACN website about our institutional bundles, topics covered, and more!
AACN’s Leadership Networks
With eight different AACN Leadership Networks, there is something for all academic nursing professionals. The Networks foster professional growth and development, information sharing, communication, and discussion of relevant issues among nursing faculty and staff at member institutions.
