Resource for Faculty: IRUN Curriculum Mapping Tool

Are you currently planning a prelicensure nursing course and wondering how you can better incorporate immunization content? The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and Association for Prevention Teaching and Research recently launched a resource, the Curriculum Mapping Tool (CMT), within the Immunization Resources for Undergraduate Nursing (IRUN) project to support the education of prelicensure nursing students. The CMT operationalizes the IRUN Framework to link the 12 framework topics to 13 common nursing courses. This tool is useful for both individual faculty and curriculum committees for both curricular and course integration. Visit the IRUN website to download the Curriculum Mapping Tool.
