Published August 18, 2021 AACN's NursingCAS 2021-2022 Application Cycle successfully opened on August 12. More than 1,160 programs launched representing doctoral, master's, bachelor's, and associate degree levels. An additional 1,300 programs will open later this cycle. Since August 12, over 2,000 applicants have created a NursingCAS account in the new cycle with 3,300 in-progress applications. In the 2019-2020 cycle, NursingCAS received 85,338 applications from 61,299 applicants, with 280+ schools participating.
On August 24 at 2:00 pm (ET), the NursingCAS Team will host the 2021-2022 Enhancements Overview webinar to discuss new features for this cycle. Registration information and details will be shared with members this week. The NursingCAS team will continue to review and push programs live in the 2021-2022 cycle. Nursing's Centralized Application Service (NursingCAS) provides accredited nursing colleges a FREE, robust admissions platform to efficiently manage data-driven admissions application reviews in a cloud-based software. Through NursingCAS, students can research and apply to nursing programs at participating schools nationwide at the doctoral, master's, bachelor's, and associate degree levels.
