Weather Update for Attendees - AACN's Deans Annual Meeting is still taking place March 24-27. See 10-Day Forecast

Open exclusively to AACN Member Deans/Directors, this prestigious conference connects members with noted thought leaders to discuss key organizational, funding, and legislative challenges and opportunities impacting nursing education.
Reasons Why You Should Attend
1. Hear Thought Leaders and Industry Experts
AACN’s Deans Annual Meeting has been retooled to better serve our members by featuring thought-provoking views and trendsetting ideas, award-winning speakers, and updates on select topics of interest to those on the leading edge of nursing education.
2. Immerse Yourself in a Rich Learning Environment
Enhance your knowledge and expertise by participating in a variety of interactive learning formats, including plenary and breakout sessions, focused discussions, informal breakfast forums, and more. Topics and educational content are carefully selected to help you strengthen your role as an academic nursing leader.
Participants are encouraged to attend the Spring Executive Development Series on Friday, March 23 and the morning of Saturday, March 24. The Spring EDS is designed for academic leaders who want to polish their executive-level skills, explore metal challenges and share winning solutions in a collegial, interactive environment.
3. Experience a Collaborative Community of Peers
There is no better way than connecting in person with your peers to collaborate on issues important to your institution, to share your challenges and get the support you need, and to be inspired by each other’s success stories.
For our New Deans, a facilitated breakfast discussion provides a great learning experience on the opportunities and challenges of a new deanship. Dedicated networking time is available to you throughout the conference for enriching peer-to-peer interaction.
4. Earn Recertification Credits
Your attendance earns you valuable continuing nursing education (CE) hours toward maintaining your certification and/or license. AACN is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s (ANCC) Commission on Accreditation.
5. Meet with Innovative Vendors and Suppliers
Get exclusive access to high-profile exhibitors showcasing their innovative products and services in our Learning Center.
