Explore the ethical competencies needed to analyze complex issues in practice, to collaborate with others on the interprofessional team to resolve such issues, and to take the helm when their knowledge and expertise is required.

Students with Disabilities: Best Practices for Full Inclusion

Dr. Meeks’ research on health care disparities in patients with disabilities and the performance trajectory of health care workers with disabilities has informed policy at the national level and has been featured on NPR, in the Washington Post, on CNBC and other media outlets. She is author of a seminal text on students with disabilities and will provide strategies for full inclusion of those with disabilities.
