Tailored to the challenges and opportunities of those that serve as the Chief Academic Nursing Officer (Deans/ Directors), this series examines Leadership to Achieve the Vision. Seasoned academic nursing leaders share their experiences and expertise offering tips and tools for faculty and staff engagement, how to develop your leadership team, managing and mitigating risk, and how to overcome obstacles and barriers in leadership to effectively implement your vision.
