Funded by individual donations, the AACN Professional Nursing scholarship provides support for graduate students preparing to be advanced practice registered nurses.
Overview
Administered by the Foundation for Academic Nursing, the AACN Professional Nursing Scholarship will provide $2,500 scholarships to three eligible students enrolled in a Family Nurse Practitioner doctoral degree program.
Eligibility Criteria
This scholarship is open to doctoral students currently enrolled in a Family Nurse Practitioner program at an AACN member school. Applicants must be actively taking classes with a minimum of a 3.5 GPA. Letters of recommendation from a graduate program director are required. Applicants must be U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents.
