Back to News Support Future Nurse Educators Through the Jonas Scholars Program Wednesday, June 3, 2026 | Education & Curriculum, Students As schools work to address the ongoing need for qualified nurse faculty, the Jonas Scholars Program offers an opportunity to invest in emerging educators. The program supports PhD and DNP students through scholarship funding, leadership training, and a national network of peers and mentors dedicated to strengthening the nursing workforce. Applications for the 2026-2028 cohort are due June 26, 2026. AACN member schools may nominate up to two doctoral students.
