Regional Support

Drs. Andra Davis and Megan Lippe are leading an initiative to support faculty at schools of nursing to advance palliative care education. They are collaborating with other faculty leaders (regional chairs) to address the unique needs of faculty within geographical regions. One key area of support will be utilizing the ELNEC Undergraduate/New Graduate and ELNEC Graduate curricula within their nursing programs. Regional chairs will be able to support schools of nursing in considering how to teach students about the unique palliative care needs of their local, diverse communities while also ensuring adherence to state regulatory requirements for academic programs. We are very excited by the momentum growing around this important work.

Regional Chairs

Regional Support Chairs can advise schools of nursing in considering how to teach students about the unique palliative care needs of their local, diverse communities while also ensuring adherence to state regulatory requirements for academic programs. These mentors are offered by geographic region.

Find the Regional Chair(s) for your state below. Check back often, as we will continue to update the list as we identify more Regional Chairs throughout the country. Faculty from states without a Regional Chair will continue to be supported by Drs. Davis and Lippe.
