This event is designed for individuals involved in promoting, administering, and engaging in faculty practice, which is coordinated by AACN’s Practice Leadership Network. Emphasis is being placed on the need for practice savvy educators who can translate current healthcare environment scenarios to the classroom at every level.

The Faculty Practice Pre-Conference will be offered as an in-person event prior to the Doctoral Education Conference.

Call for Abstracts
Opening on Monday, August 15, 2022.
The American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN) invites abstracts describing programs, courses, initiatives, or evaluation strategies that characterize the conference theme, addressing the many changes and challenges in baccalaureate and other professional entry-level programs.

The safety of attendees and staff is our top priority – we will follow all relevant protocols and CDC guidelines and will work closely with the hotel to promote the recommended practices at the time of the event.
Currently all meeting attendees, speakers, partners, and AACN staff are to be fully vaccinated in order to gain access to the Doctoral Education Conference and its pre-conference event spaces. Please check back frequently for news and additional guidance as we refine our planning.
The State of California has no mask mandate; therefore, wearing masks is currently optional.
