D3 – Deep-Dive Discussion Advancing Nursing Science: Competency‑Based Preparation of both DNP and PhD Nurses This session offers current, relevant perspectives on nursing science and the evolving role of nurse scientists across both doctoral pathways. Advancing Your Portfolio of Scholarship through Publication: Insights from the Editor Advancing scholarship through publication is essential for academic advancement. Publication of critical and relevant scholarship is a requisite for the advancement of nursing science. However, the process can be perceived as arduous and demanding. Join peers and the Editor of the Journal of Professional Nursing for the unique opportunity to ask your questions and gain insight into the process of manuscript development, submission, and successful acceptance for publication. You may walk away with the inspiration to review manuscripts or join an editorial board.
