Congress Unveils FY 2020 Minibus Spending Bills

On Monday, December 16, Congress introduced two minibus spending bills to fund the federal government in fiscal year (FY) 2020. These minibuses include one on national security programs and the other on domestic programs (H.R. 1865), including Labor, Health and Human Services, and Education.
