Registration Fees

AACN Student Policy will be held in a virtual setting during the 2021 session, which allows for even more attendance options.
  • While traditionally there is a two-student limit per member school, this year is without limits! Schools may register multiple students and benefit from group discounts.

    • Individual Registration: $99

    • Breakout Group Registration: $99 for first registration; $75 for additional registrations from same institution (up to 5 registrants)

    • Class Pass Registration: Breakout Group Pricing applies for first 5 registrants; after that $60 per registration (up to 10 registrants)

  • Each student’s school email will be required so they may receive conference materials and login details that are unique to each attendee.
  • When registering multiple students for the breakout group or class pass option, registration for each individual student is necessary. The discount for multiple students will automatically be applied in the system as more individual students from your institution are successfully registered. 
  • Complementary student registration is granted through sponsorships.
  • Early registration is encouraged, payment is due by credit card at the time of registration, and registrants must adhere to the cancellation policies.
Substitution, Cancellation, and Refund Policies

If you subsequently cannot attend this event, the following options are available:

1. You may substitute your registration to another individual within your school. This must be done by contacting both the AACN Conference Department via email at conferences@aacnnursing.org and Judy Ly, Government Affairs and Policy Coordinator via email at jly@aacnnursing.org.

2. If a substitution is not possible, your cancellation request must be received in writing via email and confirmed by AACN staff Judy Ly, Government Affairs and Policy Coordinator at jly@aacnnursing.org; otherwise, it cannot be honored. The following refund arrangements will then apply:

  1. Cancellation requests received by March 6, 2021 will be fully refunded.
  2. Cancellation requests received after March 6, 2021 will not be granted any refunds.
  3. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.
  4. No-show registrations with an open balance will be charged a $150 non-refundable administrative fee after the event.

Event Cancellation or Postponement:
AACN reserves the right to modify, postpone/reschedule or cancel this conference and any related group activity for any circumstance beyond AACN’s control, including but not limited to emergency, acts of God, government regulations, disaster, strike and non-fulfilment of minimum group requirements. If there is an event cancellation, every attempt will be made to reschedule or provide a modified virtual offering, and registration fees will be applied to the rescheduled/virtual event. If a cancelled event cannot be rescheduled, AACN will issue a full refund of the registration fee(s).  Any travel, lodging, or incidental expenses incurred related to a cancelled/postponed event cannot be refunded under any circumstances as AACN resumes no responsibility for such expenses.
