ELNEC Oncology APRN (EOA) is a five-year project funded by the National Cancer Institute (NCI). The NCI grant provides 5 national training courses (2018 – 2021) and its purpose is to educate and provide resources to oncology advanced practice nurses in an effort to prepare them to provide primary palliative care. 300 advanced practice nurses have attended the course in the first three cohorts. This project was renewed to continue from 2023-2028, another five years. View more information on current ELNEC Oncology APRN national course offerings or to apply.
