Virtual Workshop | January 22, 2027 | 11 a.m.–3 p.m. (ET)
Feedback conversations shape whether learners grow—or shut down. Too often, these conversations stall because learners haven't been prepared to receive feedback, and educators haven't been equipped to cultivate it. This interactive workshop reframes feedback as a reciprocal, relational process rather than a one-way transmission of information, and gives participants the skills to make it work in real time.
Through discussion, self-assessment, peer feedback exercises, and reflective practice, participants will dig into what shapes feedback reception: emotional response, active listening, psychological safety, and coaching stance. You'll leave with concrete strategies for building feedback literacy—both your own and your learners'—that translate directly to clinical and academic settings.
Participants may earn Nursing Continuing Professional Development hours for this workshop.
