ELNEC International

The primary goal of ELNEC is to equip nurses with the knowledge and skills needed to enhance end-of-life care. Since its inception in 2000, the program initially concentrated on education within the United States. Over time, many ELNEC trainers have expanded their reach globally, sharing this vital training with nurses and other healthcare professionals around the world. Today, ELNEC trainers and faculty have represented 149 countries.

In an increasingly global world, these opportunities have underscored the importance of disseminating the valuable work and accomplishments of ELNEC trainers in the United States to the international community. However, this work is costly. All tax-deductible contributions will support the ELNEC International Fund and will be used to cover the direct costs of international outreach. These efforts include the distribution and translation of ELNEC curricula, as well as hosting educational courses in other countries.
