Registration is open for the 2023 Summer Seminar! This year’s event takes academic nursing leaders and faculty, individually and in teams, on a journey of self-exploration focused on personal development and workplace effectiveness.

Through guided exercises, faculty will explore how to cultivate a desired personal brand and discover how their behaviors and surroundings impact an organization's culture and influence productivity. Through the lens of coaching, you will leave with the ability to identify opportunities for both immediate and lasting success, with a special focus on the value of partnerships in shaping the future of nursing education.

The Business Officers of Nursing Schools (BONUS) Network, one of eight networks, is dedicated to facilitating networking among those who work in the administration of nursing education and to providing education in areas of business, technology, and financial and administrative management of nursing schools.

"I would strongly encourage anyone, seasoned in higher education or new to the profession to attend and get involved. BONUS membership provides you access to a wealth of information and other professionals dealing with the same issues. It’s the first professional organization I have encountered that is more collaborative than competitive. We are all there to further nursing and that really makes a difference."
