• The cutoff date for reservations at the group rate is February 22, 2027, at 6:00 p.m. (ET).
• All reservations must be made, modified, or canceled individually through Hilton's Reservation Department by calling 703-952-1900 and referring to the AACN Student Policy Summit. You may also place your reservation online.
• Reservations for rooms accessible to guests with disabilities may be made in the same manner.
